A Minneapolis Police use-of-force training instructor testified that Derek Chauvin’s kneeling on George Floyd’s neck is not a trained restraint tactic. Meanwhile, the defense zeroed in on a theory that bystanders distracted the former Minneapolis Police officer. The Florida Republican is being investigated by the DOJ for allegations that he broke federal sex trafficking and prostitution laws.
