A once-Category 4 hurricane, Tropical Storm Idalia is now lashing parts of Georgia and the Carolinas with heavy rain and wind. Chase Norwood’s family owns Sea Hag Marina in Steinhatchee, Florida, where water levels rose more than nine feet in two hours, reaching record levels. They decided to stay to protect their business.
