On July 18, 2003, four teens were found murdered execution-style in a peaceful suburb in Clear Lake, Texas. Even more shocking—the murders took place in the middle of the day. Police instantly sensed that the murders were drug-related—especially when they learned that one of the victims was a drug dealer.
