The MF crew welcome in Attacking Third's Sandra Herrera to preview the upcoming NWSL season that kicks off this Friday with the Challenge Cup which sees Gotham FC, last year's league winners, taking on last season's shield winners San Diego Wave. The Challenge Cup format has evolved quite a bit over the years but presents a great way to kick off the 2024 season. This year also sees two new expansion sides take flight in Bay FC and the comeback of the Utah Royals. Sandra and the group make their predictions as to who will ultimately win the title.
