Madrid were able to weather the early storm from Dortmund who could not capitalize on their chances. Dani Carvajal got the scoring started in the second half with a header of a Toni Kroos corner in the 74'. And just nine minutes later, a bad turnover from Mats Hummels spurred Vini Jr. to score Madrid's second goal to see the deal. This is the 15th UCL title for Real Madrid, and 5th under Carlo Ancelotti. The manager has now won titles in all of Europe's Top 5 leagues. 6 league titles, 5 UCL titles, 4 domestic cups.
