Headlines: Atlanta United defeat Montreal in penalty shootout, advance out of wild card round (Soccer 10/23)

The Morning Footy crew recap last night's wild card round match in MLS between Montreal and Atlanta. The latter secured their spot in the MLS playoffs with a shootout win over the home side Montreal after a hotly contested 2-2 draw in regulation. Ultimately, it was former USMNT goalkeeper Brad Guzan who came up with the only save in the shootout helping secure victory for his club. Up next for Atlanta, a best of three in the first round of the playoffs against none other than Supporter Shield winners Inter Miami.
