Sarah Cooper was rehabbing from arm surgery when an invitation to take part in the inaugural Dirty Kanza XL arrived. Though it was difficult for her to type the three letter response of Y E S, she did just that and has been preparing ever since. She took some time this morning to discuss the new 340 mile event.
