Today on the #PirateBroadcast Russ Johns interviews Gary Frey. Gary had to learn the art of pivot. He is a connecter, MacGyver, Confidant who loves helping CEOs and teams save and make money. He has always been good at being able to relate to CEOs and always pushing to win awards. In 1999 Gary got hired to run a .com they sold 20% to Microsoft after they blew up a year later. Gary says there are things that we are typically good at. We must think about what they are and then apply them wherever you are. Try to serve versus be served. Learn what you do well and then create value from it every time.
