Partnership, an ambitious program involving several colleges in Pennsylvania. The Spaniard gains that same glow every time he teaches and learns from D.R.E.A.M. scholars. These students are exceptional in strength and aspiration, determined to live to the fullest, just like The Spaniard himself.
