I'm excited and a bit nervous to begin reading and discussing Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee on AMX. The book is so rich in history and stories, and the people in it deserve a proper amount of respect; I hope to do it, and them, justice. My interest in Native American history and culture comes from a pure place of wanting to know more about this group of people that once roamed free, as well as the history of the country I'm proud to live in.
