Where you focus your energy is what you become. So much of this book is about focusing on the here and now, not allowing past and future to dictate where we are presently. We are encouraged to keep a clear mind and fully live each experience. This idea pertains to the relationships we have and how we do/don't use our relationships to formulate our own happiness. We're getting pretty deep, but stay the course. This path can be lonely, but it's well worth it.
