As we close out 2020, and even with the proximity of Christmas, I was looking to cover an upbeat and cheery book. I had "The Worst Hard Time" sitting on my desk, waiting to be covered, but thought I'd wait until after the new year, as it tells the story of an extremely difficult time in our history.
