Apologies for the delay, like Slim Shady I am back đ and this week's episode is one I'm eager to share and dreading in equal parts.Today, I get vulnerable in hopes to give you permission to get vulnerable - with yourself. So often with ADHD, we lie to ourselves as a coping mechanism. We build a super strong, get on with it mental attitude - which is admirable, but once you hit burn out, becomes devastating. We still have the mindset but our brains and bodies can't keep up, so we just end up criticising ourselves and exacerbating the issue.By the end of the episode you will learn what may be holding you back from an easier life (with better results) and how to overcome it by asking yourself one, simple question đââïž Want more simple strategies?
