If there is one place you should be able to relax, it's at home! It took me a long time to see areas where I was making life harder on myself in my own home because "that's the way it's done". When I finally became aware of it, it was actually quite funny 😂 no one can even see what I'm doing in the comfort of my own home so who am I performing for exactly?! We don't get a gold star from anyone for the way we choose to live (though sometimes we do get shamed and guilted but that's for another episode!) so why do we sometimes find ourselves avoiding the things that would help and support us?Today I'm walking you through your home, room by room and sharing ideas you may not have thought of.
