It's strange because of the very short window of time in which little William goes missing. William was three years old when he was last seen. He was playing outside with his sister. According to reports William was only left unsupervised for about 15 minutes. Several strange vehicles were spotted near where William was playing. Was the little boy being watched? He announced a holdup and began taking women to a back room where they were bound with tape. One of the brave ladies managed to call 911. The robbery escalated and turned very violent. Before fleeing he shot all six ladies. Despite police arriving on the scene within minutes of the 911 call the killer managed to get away. Police have spent millions of dollars trying to catch this man. Was this a robbery gone very bad or are there bigger motives at play?
