Our psychologist, Dr Aspasia Karageorge, provides a brief overview of resilience as a psychological concept, followed by a 6 minute guided exercise to connect into your own resilience. We are living in challenging and changing times, so take 10 minutes out of your day to focus on the part of you which can be strong and grounded in the face of challenge, but remain flexible enough to withstand the many changes happening every day.
