In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Brandon talks with Gwyneth about the abuse trauma she endured growing up and the trauma bond she had with her abusive ex. At first, Gwyneth only saw some minor red flags, but once her ex got comfortable, the physical abuse began, and Gwyneth began to think that things were her fault.
