Conscious breathing is a lovely way to strengthen our ability to let go of thoughts that want to control and overpower us, and use the breath to come deep into our true selves. It is the practice of being fully present with our breath. It’s very simple. But not always easy. So if your mind wanders and you find yourself lost from your breath, that’s okay.
