In this new solo episode, I feel so different from the last time I spoke to you. I’m calmer, more grounded, and finally moving into a space of true peace.

These past weeks took me to one of the lowest moments I’ve had in a long time… but they also taught me how to protect my peace and take my power back.

I share exactly what helped me shift my mindset, reconnect with myself, and regain clarity. It’s raw, vulnerable, and deeply personal, because healing isn’t pretty, but it’s real.

I also open up about my first ever event, THIS IS ME, my honest reflections, what went well, what challenged me, and why today I feel so incredibly grateful and blessed for everything it became.

And to the people who supported me through the roughest days…

you know who you are.

Thank you for keeping my head up when I didn’t have the strength to do it alone. I’m truly blessed for my close circle. I LOVE YOU ALL. 🤍
