Heart Anxiety Explained So You Can Finally Overcome It

Symptoms like heart palpitations, chest pain, elevated blood pressure and dizziness can be terrifying, and it's easy to see why so many think they're having a heart attack and end up with heart anxiety – a deep fear of a heart attack also known as cardiophobia.

"Am I having a heart attack?!" During my anxiety recovery journey, I found myself asking this question more times than I can count.

Like probably many of you, I went to multiple doctors, underwent numerous tests, and every time the answer was the same: "Your heart is fine."

But still, I couldn't stop wondering, “What if something is seriously wrong?” My mind was always filled with worries that my heart might 'explode' or get 'too tired'.

Yes, I know firsthand how hard it can be.

So in this week's episode, I'm diving into how to overcome cardiophobia and explaining heart anxiety in a way I wish someone had explained it to me when I was struggling with it.
