If you're caught in the anxiety cycle of panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, and overwhelming physical symptoms like depersonalization or derealization, you know the frustration all too well.

Breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, diet changes, supplements, even medication – like many others, you've probably tried it all. But nothing seems to work – the anxiety symptoms keep coming back. No matter how hard you try, you just can’t get your brain to believe you're safe.
