5 Steps To Teach Your Brain There Is No Danger

Your brain’s threat-detection system is supposed to protect you – it scans for potential dangers and triggers a response to help us avoid harm. But what happens when it goes off track?

Then, our body starts sending alarm signals even though there’s no real danger, and we end up stuck in a constant fight-or-flight mode. And yes, it’s so frustrating!

But that is common in anxiety recovery, where physical symptoms like dizziness, palpitations, or digestive issues seem to persist, even after ruling out all physical causes.

At that point, trying harder or adding more techniques is counterproductive. What you need to do is retrain your brain to understand that you’re safe.
