Anxiety has a way of making you feel like it’s here to stay. Worry starts small, as a concern about your health, work, or just an off feeling. However, the nervous system can quickly become so sensitive that even minor stressors feel overwhelming and push you into a constant state of high alert.

To put it simply, worry builds on itself. This “worry loop” triggers symptoms like heart palpitations, headaches, or digestive issues, fueling anxiety and making it feel even more real. Each sensation fuels more worry, releases more adrenaline, and sometimes causes panic attacks. And as you can guess – all of that further intensifies the cycle.
