Britt's sister Sheri Hockley- nutritionist, PT, radiation scientist and all around great lass, joins us today and opens up the conversation of nutrition and diet culture.

Diet culture is so incredibly ingrained in us that many of us may not even be aware of how much it affects our daily life!
