I am your host Shua for LUWS Podcast. In this episode, I am introducing you to what is coming this year 2023 on LUWS PODCAST. So stay tuned and I welcome you to listen to my plans for this year.

Welcome back, to LUWS Podcast. Hope you are doing well in every way. So this year, I am dividing the programs into four quarters. Each quarter there will be one topic that I will cover. For example, the First quarter of year 2023, the topic is Fasting and everything related to it.

So , I will talk about how Muslim communities in the US, observe this month of fasting, what is Islamic Fasting that we have been observing since 1444 years. Who educated, taught and prescribed us this practice.

We will also talk about the new trend of Intermittent fasting and all the related. And all is connected to living consciously and parenting.
