In this deeply personal solo episode, I reflect on how my entire life has been shaped by my relationship with sex and sexuality — and how therapy has helped me finally see the bigger picture. I talk openly about growing up gay, the confusion and shame I carried as a teenager, the years of forcing myself into sex in my twenties, and the unhealthy patterns that followed. I share how my relationship with sex shifted in my thirties through exploration, this podcast, and stepping fully into my Top era, alongside the painful realization and processing of early sexual trauma.

I also open up about my growing need to express my sexuality beyond audio, including creating explicit content, exploring OnlyFans, and stepping into nude modelling as a way to release shame around my body. I talk honestly about the societal conditioning I had to unlearn around nudity, gay sexuality, and sexual expression — and how filming myself became an unexpectedly empowering act. This episode is about sexual freedom, reclaiming agency after trauma, and choosing visibility over silence.
