Alisa Gracheva (@alisa_art on Instagram) is a deeply passionate trauma specialist dedicated to integrating both traditional & alternative healing approaches to support deep, lasting transformation. With expertise in methods such as EMDR, CBT, Logotherapy, & Spiritual Guidance, as well as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), she helps clients access profound healing. Alisa has extensive experience supporting individuals in crisis, those with mental health and substance use disorders, and has spent years working with sacred plant medicine, energy work, sound healing, and integration. Her specialties include Trauma, KAP, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, and Spiritual Growth.

Ari hosts the Growth, Grace, Gratitude Podcast! She is a pre-med/psychology graduate, a professional ballerina, columnist, & author who grew up performing at Lincoln Center with New York City Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, & at Madison Square Garden. Her poem book "Long Distance Love" is out! Her unique upbringing has inspired her to open up the conversation with experts in their field for growing in self-development.
