The Impact of Philanthropy and Its $300B Industry with Viren Tellis

Today's episode features, Viren Tellis, Co-Founder and CEO of Hedado, a firm that focuses on modernizing corporate giving by providing employees, followers, and customers a donation experience.

Viren shares his journey into the charitable giving space and his inspiration for creating Hedado, as well as how failure can provide meaningful experiences in your life. He talks about how Hedado is helping individuals who fall into the middle tier of donors - those who have the ability to give but not the tools to manage their donations - see the impact of those donations.

Viren dives into the vastness of the $300 billion philanthropy industry, the tangible impact of donations made by individuals making $100,000 to $500,000 annually, and how Hedado helps individuals give to smaller charities that are making significant differences. He also shares the challenges and fears of being a founder and an entrepreneur, and the importance of staying positive as an entrepreneur on your journey. He highlights the key to success is having conviction in yourself and the idea you’re working on for the long-term.
