Hold on to your yoga mats, folks: Elisa Kurylowicz is about to take you on a wild, unfiltered adventure! Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the one and only Elisa, the "elder millennial" extraordinaire and modern-day sage who's here to enlighten us with her hilarious rants and spicy truth bombs.

When she's not busy bending herself into a pretzel as a Yoga Teacher, Elisa is teaching women how to love their bodies, their businesses, and their love lives as a Certified Performance Coach and Intuitive Awareness Specialist. The founder of Elisa Unfiltered Coaching, she works her magic with women struggling in relationships, body image battles, and self-worth wars. With her intuitive mindset skills, she helps them ditch shame, guilt, and trauma, so they can finally design their lives like a boss.

Elisa is also the social media mastermind behind the podcast Elisa Unfiltered: Living Life Out Loud, which has over 100,000 downloads and is rated in the top 1.5% globally. So, you know she's not messing around when it comes to speaking up and staying sovereign.

Oh, and just in case she wasn’t impressive enough: Elisa is a decorated athlete. Skiing for the Canadian National Team with two National Champion titles and a shiny World Cup Gold medal in freestyle skiing: she’s proven time and time again that she's not just a powerhouse on social media but also on the slopes.
