Intimacy Isn't A Feeling, It's A Skill: An Interview With The Somatica Founders

In this episode, I sit down with Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman, the founders of the Somatica Method and the two people who completely changed the way I understand intimacy, sex, and relationships. We talk about what Somatica actually is, why it feels so different from anything most of us have ever learned about intimacy, and why practicing connection in real time can be deeply transformative.

This episode is personal for me. Somatica is the training that helped me become The Kink Consultant, and it reshaped how I show up in my body, my relationships, and my work.
