The Voices In Your Head

In my over 25 years of PsychoSpiritual work "The Voices In Your Head" has been a topic of healing and conversation time and time again. The Brow Chakra is where ego mind meets psychic (soul) mind. This is an important and interesting conjunction.

Join me as I speak about The Voices In Your Head: external and internal sources. Whether it is the voice of spirit or your own internal self-chatter, there is much to consider. This is especially true when you realize that the voices that are on repeat in your head are mingled with your thoughts as self-impressions and outlook on life.

When you pause to actually listen - do you hear complaints, condemnation, critiques, concerns, contemplation or considerations? Do you hear some or all of the these on any given day?

Where do these voices come from? What are they trying to tell you? When they are pleasant, that's one thing. But maybe there is something to gain when the voice in your head is unpleasant. Use the senses of your soul to explore a deeper understanding of source and self.

And, if you find that the negative perspective is just habitual patterns of unpleasantry, how do you sort and replace these words with encouragement and productivity? Otherwise troublesome thoughts can fill your head and days with grief, toxicity, and lies that poison your mind and diminish your vitality. And these negative thoughts can shift your vibration and hold you in lessons that often stir you, begging for resolution....unless you don't listen deeper. Your attitude in life is linked to those voices in your head. Be curious and compassionate, while you consider your own mental chatter.
