24. Tools to Control your Conscious and Subconscious Behaviors

After 16 years of experience working in large corporations and in high-stress positions, Adriana and Karen decided to found Con-Ciencia and focus their talent and efforts to improve the quality of life of hundreds of leaders committed to their success. Thanks to their journey as mentors in strengthening and mental health; Already experiences in ancestral practices such as Vipassana and Satsang, they go beyond the intellectualization of concepts to delve into the adoption of new behaviors through the use of concrete and effective tools. Coincidentally, they both have Industrial Engineering as their first degree, and they have worked for more than 15 years in the corporate world. At the time, each of them were bitten by the bug about changing the world, and after gradually advancing in that transformation process, they ended up meeting at a Vipassana retreat. After each one continued with their particular Mindfulness and Health Coaching sessions, they asked us to join forces to create this Challenge and thus contribute another grain of sand so that all beings are happy and enjoy more.
