Sl: Skozi meglico hladnega zimskega dne je Matjaž stopal po tržnici ob Bohinjskem jezeru.
En: Through the mist of a cold winter's day, Matjaž walked through the market by Bohinjsko jezero.

Sl: Obala je bila pokrita s svežim snegom, ki je škripal pod njegovimi čevlji.
En: The shore was covered with fresh snow, which crunched under his shoes.

Sl: Matjaž je imel oči polne sanj, da bi ujel popolno zimsko fotografijo jezera, a njegova oprema ni bila dovolj topla za to nalogo.

Sl: Snežni metež je pritisnil in Matjaž je začutil hlad mrzle sapice skozi tanek plašč.

Sl: Potreboval je dobro odločitev.
