Leaders need to converge interests of people and organization, hold individuals accountable but also allow them the room to live their full potential. With so many books written, speeches delivered, and training conducted–we still have fewer effective leaders. How should we develop individuals who can apply various elements of Leadership in harmony similar to instruments in an orchestra—inspiring change and innovation?
