We begin this episode with an uptick of snow in the high hills of Colorado. Which, to no one's surprise, is glitter to Randy and Doug. There's the usual banter, where Doug swears off Zone 2 training, and they introduce the two guest hosts for this "ins & outs" episode. And...our guests are Manasseh Franklin and Rachel Beck, who take over the podcast for a much-needed episode dedicated to what is in and what is out for 2026. Basically, what is out, according to our two hosts, is this: don't be a douche on the skintrack. No better words have been spoken. Be kind. Be mellow. Be dedicated to good craft.
