Where Did The Time Go?

Where Did The Time Go?

You know the phrase- "Time flys when you're having fun" In this episode, I’m talking about exactly that. About those rare, magical activities that make you forget to check the time. You know—when you're so at peace, so caught up in joy or focus, that the clock slips away completely. In a world obsessed with rushing and deadlines, I wanted to slow it all down. I also asked a bunch of people what brings them that kind of peace—and their answers reminded me just how many ways there are to feel fully alive.
