People Who Kill (and Our Fascination With True Crime!)

In this Halloween-week episode of the Mom Voice, the ladies are talking about their fascination with true crime. Why we’re all intrigued by crime & murder (especially when it happens to couples who used to be in love!). They kick off the episode by talking about ‘the good girl syndrome’ that’s being talked about on social media right now. Sarah then shares a shocking murder case that she recently saw on a TV show and Lauren remembers a hometown case where a neighbor was caught murdering his wife while sleepwalking! And then that leads to a talk on sleepwalking! DM the ladies if you’re a sleepwalker after listening, they want to hear about it! They then talk about the clinical difference between a sociopath and a psychopath and what makes a killer. Is it something they’re born with? Or does their childhood make them what they are?! They chat about the importance about early nurturing and how neglect can so negatively impact a child’s development. They close out the show with their weekly hits and misses. Sarah sharing some drama with her daughters newly pierced ears and Lauren telling a funny story about getting measured for running shoes.
