A Conversation with Linda Butler, Coach to Professional Women in Midlife

A Conversation with Linda Butler, Coach to Professional Women in Midlife

Linda C. Butler is midlife reinvention coach. She is a former executive in the telecom industry, who turned her considerable talents to empowering midlife professional women to become the CEOs of their own lives. Following her own midlife transformation after being laid off at age 50, Linda leverages her MBA, corporate leadership background and neuroscience-based coaching expertise to guide women to redefine personal success, dispel limiting beliefs, and embrace their authentic leadership, to create a fulfilling second chapter. Her layoff served as a wakeup call to her to re-evaluate what she really wanted in her life and to clarify her purpose in moving forward. Her mission is to encourage midlife women to stop settling and to be the creators of the future they deserve.

Linda founded Linden Lotus Consulting, in which she developed a transformative coaching program that guides women through a journey of inner strength cultivation, authenticity, purpose, and continuous evolution. Her approach is deeply personalized, incorporating neuro-coaching techniques, which is the science of identifying our limiting beliefs and how one can create a new belief system. She helps clients uncover and overcome their own limiting beliefs, establish healthy boundaries, and achieve a harmonious blend of career, family, personal well-being, and community involvement. She is passionate about challenging societal expectations and nurturing women who serve as inspirational models for future generations. Her vision is a world where women are free to shine their light and redefine success on their terms, without being stuck on autopilot, as we are sometimes conditioned to do. She calls her approach customizing one's life into a "couture life" that works for each individual, just as she did for herself.

Beyond coaching, Linda, who is based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a travel and beach enthusiast, a passionate advocate for animals (with two rescue dogs and a cat), and a recent Pickleball convert. Linda is dedicated to rewriting the script on what the future of work and life can be for women over 50.

You can schedule a free Second Chapter Assessment Call with Linda by going to her website. Linda's master classes teach women how to question their belief systems and make shifts to elevate their lives. Linda also offers a free workbook called the “Top 5 Questions to Ask Yourself to Help Jumpstart Your Midlife Reinvention” to listeners: https://bit.ly/49CmBcC
