Setbacks (or speedbumps) are a normal part of overcoming insomnia and sleep anxiety. But when we are going through one, it can feel disorienting and scary. In this video, I share my experiences of speedbumps – in hopes to show that what you are going through might not be as strange as it may feel. And most importantly – to give hope that there's the light at the end of the tunnel!
