Conscious meditation can be such an important daily practice that helps the brain and body reset during the day or night. There’s mounting evidence that points to irrefutable health benefits that just can’t be ignored. Even starting with 5 minutes a day can mean all the difference in your creativity and strategic solutions to problems you may be encountering.
