IN CONVERSATION: Rae Johnston

Rae is a Wiradjuri woman who fell pregnant as a teenager, and credits that experience with changing the course of her life. Rae is the former editor of millennial website Junkee, is an award-winning STEM journalist, and now holds the impressive role as the first ever Science and Technology Editor for NITV. In this chat, Rae tells us about what it’s like to miscarry as a teenager, fall pregnant again months later, then chase career dreams, all while raising a young child.
