E155: Is Norway too "cosy" to deal with corruption?

The team is on their annual "KY-Ski" trip, located in a cosy cabin in the Norwegian mountains.

But denting this "koselig" image is a slew of scandals linked to the release of the Epstein Files, which is making Norway rethink its image as one of the least corrupt countries in the world.

Politically exposed persons, undeclared gifts, loans, luxury holidays, Greek villas, the Nobel Peace Prize, the Oslo Accord, and the world's most notorious email leak.

Our expert hosts, Marit Rødevand and Robin Lycka, are asking: Is Norway too cosy to fight corruption?

The pair discuss: recent scandals rocking the nation, how praise from international organisations can hide some ugly truths, and—if we’re building a compliance framework for government and politics—what do we need to see?
