271. What to Do Instead of Jumping to Conclusions

In this episode, I'm revisiting a conversation about the very human habit of jumping to conclusions and how easily our brains create stories from limited information.

I introduce the idea of noticing when you've wandered into what I call "assumption ville" versus staying grounded in what you actually know to be true. By learning to pause and question the stories your mind creates, you can start responding to situations with more clarity and less unnecessary stress.
