Overgiving Is Not Spiritual: My Hard Lesson This Week

This week, something happened that stopped me in my tracks:

I crashed — not mentally, not emotionally, but energetically.

After days of 5 a.m. classes, livestreams, free teachings, YouTube readings, and showing up for everyone else…
my system shut down and my inspiration disappeared.

What I realised was confronting:

In my relationships, I have strong boundaries.
I would never accept a man who isn’t reciprocal.
I don’t chase friendships where I’m the only one initiating.
I don’t let people into my personal life unless they add to it.

Yet in my business?
I had the doors wide open to hundreds of people who were consuming without reciprocating.

And it was costing me my energy, my sovereignty, and even the creative flow for my third book, The Arbatel Riddle.
