In our Office Talk today, we discuss where we are currently at with our staff turnover and how that has affected how we schedule. It's an efficiency based model instead of volume like it used to be. With fewer staff members, this new change is taking some of the load off them and putting it more on the doc so we can still see the number of patients we need to without overloading anyone. I am also still working on growing my practice in more ways than just adding an associate doc. The optical side of my practice is robust and booming and now it's time for me to catch the medical side up! (12:29)
