This is the one that can make a patient one for life or never even schedule an appointment. When things get tough (ie. the economy is down, inflation is up, staffing is a nightmare, etc.) a lot of practice owners take that as a sign to hunker down, keep their head low, and just survive. This is not the way to operate however if you plan on thriving, not just surviving. When others are pulling back, that might be the perfect time for you to throw yourself into it!
