In this week's episode we are talking about giving your patients the ultimate experience in your practice. Are you treating each patient like they are your only chance to get the word out about you? Why not? It makes complete sense when you think about it. There's really no great reason to not be giving each patient that sits in our chair the ultimate experience and turn them into a devoted fanatic of you and your practice. (00:49)

In this week's Office Talk, we had a slip up in optical that has just had me fuming. To put it simply, it was the antithesis of how we train our staff to present and take care of our patients. Let me know how you would have handled it. (18:28)
