Leonard Sekyonda

Leonard Sekyonda

Leonard Sekyonda is an Author, Life Coach and Entrepreneur. At 19 years old Leonard jumped straight into the deep end, setting-up his first international business flying to South Asia (Philippines) and recruiting nurses to the UK. All this, and more, before the age of 30...fml. Leonards dad death propelled him into a mindset where he lived everyday like his last - he'd learnt very young that death could happen anytime, to anyone. So why be afraid to live? I recorded Leonard well before quarantine, but wanted to release him today, rather than a quarantine recorded episode, as Leonards lens on life is so hugely inspirational, I think it needs to be heard, and learnt, during this time of isolation and introspection. I hope his episode gives you as much as it gave me. Leonard the legend.
