This week’s spotlight goes to DJ CHEF — “The Chef That Rocks.” A Long Island native and creator of The DJ CHEF Experience, he’s known for combining live DJing with cooking to create unforgettable “beats and bites” events across Long Island and beyond. A Cutthroat Kitchen Champion and Best of Long Island winner, DJ CHEF has brought his high-energy style to festivals, private events, and more — and he’s joining us in studio to share how it all started.
