On this episode, I share how I began speaking to professional and college teams, starting with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2007 which led me to speak to the Atlanta Falcons in 2008 and countless teams and Training Camps since.

While visiting these Training Camps I learned a ton from the coaches. It was like a think tank where we shared and exchanged the best leadership, culture and team building strategies. I realized that not everyone can go to Training Camp and that's why I decided to bring Training Camp to YOU.

I want to invite you to join me for a one of a kind intimate gathering of only 150 leaders where you'll learn and interact with many of the best leaders in sports whose principles, strategies and lessons apply to leadership in every field and industry.

Cori Close and Buzz Williams will share how they invest in relationships with their team and develop future leaders.

Eddie George will share the lessons he learned as a new leader and coach.

Sean McVay will not only speak but also interview Kevin O'Connell which will be fun and dynamic.

We will also learn from Super Bowl Champions Trent Dilfer and Trey Smith, Jay Glazer, Chaunte Lowe, Jordan Montgomery, Ben Newman, Molly Fletcher and Tim Timberlake.

And the legends Mack Brown and Clint Hurdle will share what every leader needs to know to make an impact.
